Welcome to Villas Dualis: a private compound of two identical side-by-side villas in the heart of Sámara. When you book this listing, you get exclusive use of the entire property: Casa Ola and Casa Brisa, connected by a shared driveway and entrance gate but each fully self-contained with its own private pool, kitchen, living areas, and outdoor spaces. You'll see photos from both villas throughout this listing. They're mirror images of each other, so what you see in one is exactly what you'll get in both.

New listing, but not new to hosting. Villas Dualis is Casa Ola and Casa Brisa booked together as one compound. Each villa has earned its own five-star reviews, which you can read on our Reviews page.

This is ideal for two families traveling together, large friend groups, retreats, or anyone who wants the space and privacy of an entire compound just minutes from the beach.

Casa Ola and Casa Brisa each have three bedrooms, all with AC, ceiling fans, blackout curtains, and built-in closet organizers. In each villa, Bedroom 1 has a king bed with a luxury mattress, a wall-mounted TV, an ensuite bathroom, a private balcony, night tables with USB charging, and a desk built into the closet with a chair. Bedroom 2 is another king setup with a wall-mounted TV, its own balcony, charging stations, and a built-in desk as well. Bedroom 3 has a bunk bed (double on the bottom, single on top) and a pull-out trundle. Premium mattresses throughout, with a mix of regular and memory foam pillows in every room.

Across the compound you have 5 bathrooms total. Each villa has two full baths with rainfall showers upstairs (one ensuite, one shared) and a half bath on the main floor.

Each villa has a fully equipped open-concept kitchen with cookware, utensils, dishwasher, blender, toaster, air fryer, coffee maker, and a reverse osmosis system for clean drinking water (plus whole-house water filtration). We include coffee, tea, sugar, and cooking essentials to get you started. The island seats five, and sliding doors open to the covered terrace. Both villas have a full water treatment system (not a standard septic), so yes, toilet paper goes in the toilet here, just like home. All windows and doors are fully screened.

Each villa has a family room with two couches, a 50" smart TV, AC, and a ceiling fan, plus a dedicated kids' play area with board games, cards, toys, and books, a small table, and chairs.

Step outside each villa to a covered terrace with a three-seater sofa, two lounge chairs, and a table. It works as both a lounge and a casual eating area. Each terrace also has a large stainless steel barbecue and plenty of room for yoga mats. Each villa has an outdoor dining area with bench seating for six, all under cover.

Each villa has its own private pool with lounge chairs, an egg swing chair, and an outdoor shower. There's a second outdoor shower at the front entrance of the villas for rinsing off sand. The property is surrounded by beautiful manicured gardens with palm trees along the side.

Upstairs in each villa you'll find a laundry room with twin stacked washer/dryers, iron, ironing board, and hair dryers. We provide detergent and dryer sheets so you can travel light. All linens, towels, pool towels, and extra blankets are included. AC and ceiling fans in every room, blackout curtains in bedrooms.

For connectivity: Starlink + fiber optic Wi-Fi with repeaters throughout so you can connect from anywhere on the property, plus Ethernet ports at the bedroom desks in both villas if you need a wired connection for work. Smart locks for keyless entry on both front doors and USB/smart charging outlets throughout. We keep universal chargers on hand, plus sound machines and earplugs in every room.

Traveling with little ones? Each villa has a pack & play with mattress and sheets, high chair, stair gate, pool safety gate, baby bath, children's dinnerware, and a sound machine in every room for nap time.

Rates & Availability

Cancellation Policy: One hundred percent (100.00%) of the total booking charges will be refunded if the cancellation is made more than 30 days prior to the arrival date of the reservation. Fifty percent (50.00%) of the total booking charges will be refunded if the cancellation is made more than 7 days prior to the arrival date of the reservation. For cancellations made within 7 days prior to the arrival date, no refund will be issued.
